Your lab report gives you numbers. It doesn't tell you whether your liver is healthy or your kidneys are under stress.
Organ scores convert 138 biomarkers into 12 simple 0–100 scores so you can see - at a glance - where your body needs attention.
8
Core organ systems always scored - with 4 conditional systems (hormones, cancer markers, urine, toxic elements) activated when your lab includes those panels.
The 8 Core Organ Systems
Liver
AST, ALT, GGT, bilirubin, albumin, ALP
Heart
Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, hs-CRP
Kidney
eGFR, creatinine, BUN, potassium, uric acid
Thyroid
TSH, Free T3, Free T4
Inflammation
hs-CRP, ESR, NLR, PLR
Bone & Mineral
Vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, ALP
Blood
Hemoglobin, ferritin, iron, RDW, ANC, MCV
How scoring works - algorithm details
Each organ score is computed using a weighted severity algorithm:
- Age-aware thresholds - TSH, eGFR, vitamin D, and anaemia cutoffs adjust based on your age
- Gender-adjusted - Liver enzymes, potassium, serum iron use gender-specific reference ranges
- ADA 2024 criteria - HbA1c and fasting glucose use the latest American Diabetes Association cutpoints
- Systemic inflammation cap - When hs-CRP exceeds 10 mg/L, non-inflammatory organ scores are capped to prevent false alarms
- Critical overrides - Severe anaemia (Hb <8), critical kidney disease, and overt thyroid dysfunction trigger immediate high-severity flags
Risk Bands
80-100 Optimal
60-79 Mild Risk
40-59 Moderate Risk
0-39 High Risk
4 Conditional Systems
When your lab report includes extended panels, these additional organ scores are automatically activated:
- Hormones - Testosterone, estradiol, cortisol, DHEA-S, prolactin
- Cancer Markers - PSA, CA-125, CEA, AFP and other tumour markers
- Urine Analysis - Microalbumin, protein, glucose, ketones
- Toxic Elements - Lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium
