Smart Health Report ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard data when you use our services at smarthealthreport.in.
We do not sell or rent personal or patient health data. We use service providers where necessary to operate the service, including cloud hosting and authentication, payment processing, analytics, email notification, report processing, and diagnostic/sample-collection providers. Each provider receives only the information required for its role.
Contact enquiry data may be retained for up to 12 months. Raw blood test files and generated reports are retained only for service delivery, customer access, support, and applicable legal or operational requirements. You may request deletion by contacting us. We are reviewing and documenting automated deletion periods; until those controls are confirmed, we do not promise a shorter automatic deletion period.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard security for data storage. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@smarthealthreport.in.
We use essential browser storage for authentication and service operation. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and conversion performance. Google and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and your browser settings.
