• Blood test data: lab report files (PDF or image) you share with us for report generation.

• To generate and deliver smart health reports.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To improve our services and website.
• To send relevant service communications (not marketing spam).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or patient health data with third parties, except as required by law or to deliver the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers under confidentiality agreements).

4. Data Retention

Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months. Raw blood test report files (PDFs/images) are not retained beyond the report generation process. Generated smart health report PDFs are made available to the submitting business and deleted within 30 days.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard security for data storage. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@helixline.in.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Firebase SDK may set minimal functional cookies required for service operation.
