Business customers (gyms, clinics, hospitals, labs) using Smart Health Reports:
The Smart Health Report format, design, and AI output are the intellectual property of Smart Health Report. Business customers may share generated reports with their clients but may not resell or redistribute the underlying format or AI system.
Smart Health Report shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any report content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
